Co Founder & Certified Guide
With over a decade of professional experience as a mountain bike guide and nearly 17 years of expertise behind the handlebars, Tenjing is a revered veteran in the country's MTB community. Renowned for his freestyle riding prowess, he gained recognition through his feature in the Red Bull-affiliated video, "Dakine Trail Fox 2013 & Strength in numbers " showcasing his skills to the global audience. Cycling is not just a passion but a legacy for Tenjing, as his father embarked on a rigid bike journey from Nepal to Tibet in the 70s.
Tenjing's extensive global riding experience and deep connection to cycling make him an invaluable asset to Trail Builders Nepal (TBN). Actively engaged as an international representative, he contributes to TBN by providing consultations on trail design, cycle coaching, and leveraging his skills to benefit the mountain biking community. His lifelong dedication to cycling and rich experience make him a key figure in advancing the sport in Nepal and beyond. He has raised the bar for exploration on a MTB in Nepal and is advocating extreme tours on a MTB in Nepal to become the new normal.

International Networking Representative
Known as Super Sush, Sushant is a strong, young and active member of TBN who is always ready for an adventure. He is based in the UK and is responsible for networking with possible international clients, while also helping us operate MTB tours and building projects here in Nepal.
Having basic military training and over 10 years of biking and trail building experience, his riding and building skills are very unique and is something to witness in person.
Super Sush has helped us reach to new heights in the domestic MTB scene while also expanding our reach to the European market, He is a vital member of the team who has excellent planning and management skills both in tours and build projects. He was the major link between TBN and a professional videographer from Australia which has proven to be very beneficial and he was also on the first free ride reconnaissance project “Forbidden Free ride” we undertook in Upper Mustang, Nepal.
Possessing specialized expertise in rural marketing and development from his postgraduate education, He demonstrates exceptional critical thinking skills along with exceptional communication and navigation skills . His proficiency facilitates effective interactions and collaborations with Nepalese rural municipalities for various projects undertaken by the team. Through his innovative approach , the entire team is reshaping the MTB trail building community in Nepal.

His proficiency facilitates effective interactions and collaborations with Nepalese rural municipalities for various projects undertaken by the team. Through his innovative approach , the entire team is reshaping the MTB trail building community in Nepal. Their overarching goal is to establish standardized trail systems and operate unique MTB tours while nurturing youth participation in the sport and simultaneously promoting the localities, contributing to regional tourism development.

Snow Sport Enthusiasts
Bibhut AKA Khadka was destined to be involved in the outdoor adventure community as he was always a wild child growing up, crazy about all sort of wheels or anything that would slide and gain speed to be honest. His relationship with TBN co founder Subodh goes back more than 20 years and has always been an active member of the team, helping TBN in international marketing and lead generation.
Based in Colorado, USA he is very good at snowboarding and aims to promote snow sports in Nepal in the years to come. His team Shred Nepal are a group of Nepali snow sports enthusiasts in USA and help us in marketing our products and services internationally.
With a vision to see Nepal on the global map of winter sports, Bibhut spends his time between the bustling slopes of Colorado and the serene peaks of the Himalayas. His enthusiasm and tireless efforts are steadily transforming the snow sports scene in Nepal, inspiring a new generation of adventurers to embrace the cold and conquer the mountains.

Rad Nepal Founder/TBN Public Relation Manager
Tejson AKA Zon has been a member of TBN since the very beginning, documenting almost every thing we have done till date and is a young entrepreneur, Mountain biker, Motorbike enthusiast. He is a creative director, videographer and editor and has also contributed a lot to the Bhanjyang bike park project by curating everything between TBN and the local government while also documenting the event on video.
He is actively reaching out to various sources for advertising and promoting our work while also working on his own venture RadNepal a media production house based in Patan, Lalitpur. His dedication and devotion towards team TBN has been very valuable and has helped TBN grow as an entity.
Zon and his team at Rad Media work hand in hand with TBN to promote outdoor adventure sports and the beautiful landscape of Nepal while helping the local community by giving back as well

Rad Nepal Co Founder/TBN Crew/Drone Pilot
Nischaya AKA Eddie is an active young individual who is always onboard every project we initiate. A good mountain biker, moto rider, videographer, drone pilot and assistant guide, who has excellent communication and interaction skills. Eddie is the co founder of our media and public relations partner Rad Nepal and is actively working on projects initiated by TBN.
He has been on the infamous rock slab in Manang to cover Tenjing’s recent daredevil act of riding down it and is working on producing one of the most epic MTB videos made in Nepal. He is a highly talented individual who never lacks energy and constantly encourages growth and positive change.
Nischaya, like all the others in our team, is also our core member without whom what we do wouldn’t be possible and contributes a lot to the public relation aspect of our company. He has also managed a couple of charity projects for TBN.
